Qualifications

• One year previous housekeeping supervisor experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, schedule, coach and support associates per brand standards.
• Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and grounds for cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Resolve guests' inquiries and complaints; communicate service scores for improvement.
• Prepare schedules based on occupancy and assign duties to associates.
• Manage inventory and submit periodic orders to ensure timely supplies.
