Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Housekeeping Manager to supervise housekeeping and laundry operations onsite, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage supplies, and partner with the Operations Manager to maintain standards across 1,000+ properties.

The role requires five years of housekeeping experience with at least one year of supervisory training; strong English skills and MS Office are preferred, with mornings/evenings/weekends possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5 years housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory training/experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Reading and writing abilities are required to communicate with guests and co-workers; basic math needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean rooms and public areas meeting brand standards.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff; manage supplies.
• Lead delivery of clean rooms for occupancy per standards.
• Partner with Operations Manager to recruit, develop, and manage staff.
• Act as manager on duty when required.
