Sonesta International Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest room quality, inventory security, and adherence to Sonesta's standards. You will lead a team, train staff, and coordinate with maintenance and operations to keep the hotel clean and ready for guests.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least five years in housekeeping with supervisory experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus five years housekeeping experience including a minimum of one year of supervisory training/experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all interactions and maintain guest rooms to brand standards.
• Ensure staff is trained and equipped to perform duties effectively.
• Lead housekeeping and laundry operations to meet time, quality, and cleanliness targets.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to manage staff and equipment.
• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and repair, retraining as needed.
• Manage inventory levels for linen and supplies and secure lost and found items.
