Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts in Sunnyvale seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, coach teams, and uphold brand cleanliness and safety standards. You will supervise attendants, manage scheduling, and collaborate with Front Office to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in housekeeping, supervisory experience, and knowledge of PMS systems. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Experience with inventory management and scheduling.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Coordinate room assignments and staffing for daily operations.
• Ensure guestrooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Conduct routine inspections for quality and consistency.
• Support room readiness to aid Front Office and guest arrivals.
• Supervise and develop housekeeping staff.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory and records for department.
