Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at M Social Sunnyvale. This role leads daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety, while developing a motivated, detail-focused team.

You will supervise Housekeeping staff, support hiring and training, and partner with Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure rooms and public areas meet standards.
• Coach and develop housekeeping staff; manage onboarding and training.
• Coordinate room assignments and staffing to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor cleanliness scores and guest satisfaction; enforce brand standards.
• Lead by example as Manager on Duty when required.
