Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts and its M Social Sunnyvale property are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards, and support the Housekeeping Manager.

You will coach teams, manage staffing, conduct inspections, uphold safety, and collaborate with Front Office to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead by example, coach teams, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public spaces meet brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop room attendants, housepersons, and public-area teams; manage onboarding and performance.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and prompt issue resolution.
