Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, oversee guestroom cleanliness, and maintain brand standards in a busy hotel environment.

You will schedule staff, train new hires, monitor safety and PPE, coordinate deep clean programs, and collaborate with maintenance to address repairs and safety concerns, ensuring high cleanliness and productivity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of housekeeping related experience in a hotel environment or similar.
• Knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct the work of team members.
• Ensure processes and policies are communicated and followed.
• Train new team members and document training for safety and PPE use.
• Coordinate and track deep cleaning per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Review guest arrival reports and accommodate special requests.
