Millennium Hotels & Resorts in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Areas teams. You will coordinate schedules, perform inspections, and coach staff to meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily activities of Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Attendants.
• Assign daily work schedules and ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with Front Office to ensure guestrooms are available for arriving guests.
• Assist with cleaning guestrooms and public areas as needed to support operations.
• Ensure housekeeping activities are completed according to brand standards.
• Inspect guestrooms, suites, and public spaces to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to housekeeping staff.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns and communicate preferences to the team.
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
