Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector (Supervisor) to oversee daily housekeeping operations and guest room quality at our Saraland property. You will supervise staff, inspect rooms, and ensure standards are met consistently to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The role emphasizes training, safety, and collaboration with Front Office to manage room status and maintenance, with opportunities to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning and/or guest service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards.
• Train and coach housekeeping staff on procedures.
