Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Clifton Park, NY is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper to maintain clean and comfortable living spaces for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning public areas and apartments, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, floors, and common areas in accordance with schedules.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience in a similar environment preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with residents' rights regulations.
• Cleans public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, and common areas.
• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties according to schedule and supervisor instructions.
• Clean and polish room furnishings and fixtures in resident rooms and public areas.

We are currently seeking an energetic and passionateHousekeeper

Housekeeper Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights

• Cleans public areas and resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas

• Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas

• Performs all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor

• Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas

Housekeeper Education & Experience:

• One-year related experience in a similar environment preferred

• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as mangle, iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc. as required

• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required
