Job summary

Extended Stay America in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Team Lead to assist the General Manager with daily hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction and profitability. The TL may assume GM duties when needed and must ensure safety and policy compliance across the property.

You will supervise 8–15 hourly associates, support training, monitor inventory and budgets, and handle guest issues with professionalism. A high school diploma and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong English communication skills for guests and staff.
• Ability to supervise 8 to 15 hourly associates.

Responsibilities

• Promote 100% guest satisfaction and support GM in revenue initiatives.
• Assist in training staff on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Uphold policies; report safety issues promptly to management.
• Monitor guest balances, refunds, and assist with budget adherence.
• Serve as first line of contact for guest service issues and escalate when needed.
• Support daily operations to maximize GOP and meet EBITDA goals.
• Travel to cover additional locations within reasonable geography if required.
