Job summary

North Central Group is seeking a dynamic Task Force Manager to support our growing portfolio of hospitality properties. This travel-intensive, field-based role requires leadership across multiple hotels, solving operational challenges and delivering immediate impact in fast-paced environments.

Expect 80-90% travel to NCG Hospitality properties nationwide. You will lead transitions, openings, acquisitions, and critical projects, while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hotel management or operations experience.
• Experience leading multiple properties or large teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% and work onsite across locations.
• Brand experience with Hilton, Marriott, or Hyatt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership during management transitions, openings, acquisitions, and other projects.
• Oversee daily hotel operations and provide GM-level leadership across departments.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing hotel teams.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging culture and drive employee satisfaction.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and experiences.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and sales initiatives.
• Analyze financial results and identify performance gaps, implementing improvements.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety requirements, and procedures.
• Conduct property inspections and quality audits to maintain high standards.
• Partner with Regional VPs and leadership to execute initiatives.
• Support leadership meetings, events, and special projects.
• Provide detailed operational assessments and transition plans.
• Support a variety of operational needs as business demands require.
