Job summary

Converge Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Task Force Manager to oversee operations across hotel properties and provide senior leadership support when the General Manager is absent.

The role involves extensive travel (75%), coordinating with the Director of Hotel Performance and Executive Director of Operations, and driving quality, customer service, and process improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience; multi-brand exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential functions of the General Manager in the absence of the assigned General Manager
• Provides support to the General Manager as directed by the Director of Hotel Performance or by the Executive Director of Operations
• Assists Executive Director of Operations and Director of Hotel Transitions as needed
• Extensive travel to properties, including extended stays, depending on operational needs
• All other duties as assigned
