Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Task Force Operations Manager to plan hotel operations short- and long-term and ensure properties meet Lodgco standards.

You will lead hotel teams, enforce QA, participate in special projects and new property openings, and travel extensively to visit properties across the United States. This role requires strong leadership, solid time management, and experience in select-service brands such as Hilton, Marriott, or Hyatt.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a department supervisor or manager in select-service hotels.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt brand experience is required.
• Must travel 100% to hotels across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence by supporting hotels with guidance and critique.
• Approve brand QA compliance and action plans at hotels.
• Participate in special projects including due diligence and new property openings/ acquisitions.
• Lead and mentor team members while modeling Lodgco culture.
• Enforce procedures and systems to improve business operations.
• Oversee financial administration including cash, accounts payable/receivable and policies.
• Conduct regular property inspections and report improvements.
