Extreme Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Hotel Warner in West Chester, PA. Lead proactive sales efforts, develop partnerships, and align with leadership to maximize topline performance.

You will focus on corporate, group, leisure, and local demand, building relationships with clients and partners, while coordinating with revenue management and operations to optimize pricing and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality management, or related field with revenue growth track record.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales processes, revenue management, and financial performance metrics.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and hotel PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue across all segments.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business through direct sales, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Collaborate with revenue management and operations to align pricing, positioning, and guest experience strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
