Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Center City seeks an accomplished sales leader to advance the hotel’s strategic revenue goals. You will drive group business, lead a high-performing sales team, and cultivate lasting client relationships that reflect Loews Hotels’ commitment to exceptional service.

You’ll collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to align strategies with hotel priorities, coach the team, and ensure seamless service delivery to guests while exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of hotel sales and marketing with a strong record of achieving revenue goals.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly sales goals aligned with rooms and food & beverage targets.
• Develop, present, and negotiate customer proposals and contracts for the hotel.
• Increase visibility and brand presence in local and national markets.
• Coach and mentor the sales team to align with Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Coordinate with hotel departments post-contract to ensure seamless service delivery.
