Job summary

Extreme Hospitality is seeking a motivated sales support professional to join Hotel Warner in West Chester, PA. You will assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, reports, and client communications, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

This role requires strong organizational skills, superb written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior hotel, event, hospitality, or sales experience is an asset.
• Discretion with confidential information and strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and client reports.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and bookings.
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and event details with teams.
• Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and assist with converting inquiries to bookings.
• Communicate client needs to operations, revenue, and service teams.
• Assist with sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Track deadlines and ensure information is complete on time.
• Support special projects and seasonal campaigns as needed.
