Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales in Riverside, CA to lead the sales and marketing department for the hotel. You will direct strategies, manage pricing, and drive aggressive growth in line with budgeted goals and hotel drivers.

You will report to the General Manager and coordinate with the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to guide property-wide sales and marketing functions.

Qualifications

• 3 years proven hotel sales experience with leadership capability.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
• Some travel may be required.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for the property and targeted market segments.
• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan with monthly reviews.
• Emphasize yield management to balance rate availability and demand.
• Establish and run an outside sales program.
• Direct internal servicing of groups.
• Collaborate with hotel management and General Manager.
• Train sales and marketing staff and drive actionable results.
• Foster a cooperative, guest‑oriented culture and positive attitude.
• Perform duties as assigned by General Manager.
