Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a friendly PBX Telephone Operator to join our front-of-house team. You will answer a high volume of guest calls with a courteous, professional manner and assist with basic desk duties as needed to support check-ins and check-outs.

Ideal candidates bring strong typing skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to answer high volume calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Proficient typing and data entry for guest information.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to the resort and maintain a pleasant phone demeanor.
• Handle high volume calls and respond to hotel-related inquiries.
• Assist at the front desk with check-ins and check-outs when needed.
