Job summary

The REMI Scottsdale is seeking a friendly Guest Services Phone Operator to be the first point of contact for guests calling the property. The role involves handling calls, routing requests to the right department, and processing room service orders in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. A strong emphasis on excellent guest service, professionalism, and computer/app literacy will help you succeed in this front-line role at a busy Scottsdale

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience is required.
• Hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly and professional demeanor is important.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from guests, external and in-house.
• Communicate guest needs to the appropriate department and follow up.
• Take room/service orders and resolve guest complaints.
• Remain calm and attentive during busy periods and emergencies.
