Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel’s communication systems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Follow up and follow through in resolving guests’ concerns and requests; respond to inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information.
• Answer all incoming calls promptly in the prescribed manner.
• Follow through in resolving guest problems and/or requests courteously and accurately.
