Island Hospitality is seeking a Dual Operations Manager to supervise the Housekeeping and Front Desk teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, service quality, and smooth daily operations across the property in Philadelphia. The role may require flexible scheduling.

You will lead staffing, training, financial controls, and collaboration with other departments to optimize occupancy and guest experience while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating hotel POS and PMS systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping and Front Desk departments to meet guest service and quality standards.
• Schedule team members in line with budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee training on cash handling, vouchers, inventories, and receivables.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist check-in/check-out, phone procedures, and inform guests of services.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor daily bookings and manage oversold situations.
