Responsibilities

• Ensure departments meet or exceed guest service expectations.
• Prepare team member schedules within budgets and forecasts.
• Train staff in cash handling, inventories, and receivables procedures.
• Recommend local attractions and restaurants for guests.
• Inform guests of hotel services and amenities.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, phone procedures, and hotel systems.
• Manage HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, evaluations, and training.
• Coordinate operations with other departments for smooth flow.
• Monitor daily bookings and oversell mitigation with front desk.
