Island Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all front office operations and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining product quality standards. The role may require flexible scheduling to support hotel needs.

You will lead the front desk team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure staff is trained on cash handling and service delivery for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Ensure front desk and hotel departments meet guest service expectations.
• Prepare team member schedules in line with budgets and forecasts.
• Train staff on financial controls for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables.
• Recommend local attractions and restaurants to guests.
• Inform guests of hotel services and amenities.
• Manage HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, evaluations, training, and discipline.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance requests are completed and rooms are ready.
• Monitor daily bookings and coordinate with front desk when oversold on specific room types.
