Extended Stay America is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and staff leadership. The AGM will supervise 8–15 hourly team members, schedule, train, and ensure safety policies are followed while driving revenue and operating efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to ESA’s service culture, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations and guest service leadership.
• Ability to supervise 8–15 hourly staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Strong communication and safety/security compliance awareness.

• Assist in managing hotel day-to-day operations.
• Lead and train hourly staff, schedule and monitor performance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and associate engagement.
