The role involves managing onboarding, training, scheduling, and daily visual management, with a focus on revenue growth, cost control, and seamless guest experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience in hospitality or retail is required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and supervision of hourly staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train hourly staff, scheduling and performance.
• Ensure safety, security, and policy compliance on property.
• Support GM/MUGM in budgeting, labor control, and revenue initiatives.
• Act as manager on duty when GM/MUGM is absent.
