Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in hotel operations, day-to-day management, and guest satisfaction. The TL resolves guest and associate issues, ensures safety procedures, and may assume GM responsibilities when required.

You will support training, enforce brand standards, monitor inventory and purchases within budget, and act as first contact for guest service issues.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and assist GM to raise revenue and reduce costs.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Uphold policies and report safety issues promptly.
• Monitor guest balances and refunds; manage inventory and vendor purchases within budget.
• Respond to guest service issues as first point of contact.
• Support sales efforts and local market outreach.
