Extended Stay America in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Team Lead to support the GM in daily hotel operations. You will help drive revenue, manage expenses, and ensure guest satisfaction while overseeing 8–15 hourly associates. Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required; 1–3 months related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue, reducing costs, and increasing guest/associate satisfaction.
• Assist GM in training associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Uphold policies and report safety issues promptly to management.
• Monitor guest balances and refunds as needed to protect GOP.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing and budget adherence.
• Provide first-line guest service issue resolution and escalate to GM when necessary.
• Represent the brand culture with professionalism and respect to guests and staff.
• Supervise 8–15 hourly associates and coordinate daily operations.
