Qualifications

• Willing to work long hours and manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel sales, develop top accounts, and host client meetings to drive revenue.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting across departments.
• Coach managers, conduct regular reviews, and ensure SOP adherence.
• Coordinate M.O.D. coverage and training aligned with Highgate standards.
• Foster a positive team environment and ensure guest satisfaction.
