Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts, including calling on top ten accounts and meeting clients.
• Tour the operating departments daily and adjust via department heads.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Meet all financial review dates and corporate programs.
• Hold a monthly financial review with department managers and supervisors.
• Ensure heads maintain budgeted productivity and standard checkbook procedures.
• Develop managers for future advancement through training programs.
• Participate in required MOD coverage as scheduled.
• Oversee training in service standards and adherence to Garden Standard of the Week.
• Oversee hotel budget process and monthly accounting calendar compliance.
