Job summary

The Assistant General Manager at Highgate Hotels is responsible for driving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing employees, while maintaining the integrity of Highgate standards and brand expectations.

You will lead sales efforts, oversee budgeting, participate in financial reviews, supervise training, mentor managers, and ensure compliance with SOPs to deliver outstanding service, operational excellence and asset value across all hotel

Qualifications

• 5-6 years progressive hotel experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel sales efforts and meet top accounts.
• Oversee daily operations with department heads.
• Conduct weekly training and monthly financial reviews.
• Ensure budget adherence and proper accounting procedures.
• Develop managers through competency training and SOPs.
• Support MOD coverage and guest service excellence.
