Qualifications

• Must have 5–6 years progressive hotel experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must communicate clearly and listen well.
• Must multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Maintain warm, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel sales efforts with top accounts and client meetings.
• Oversee daily tour of operating departments and adjust as needed.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Coordinate financial reviews and budget adherence.
• Develop managers through training and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with Highgate SOPs and service standards.
