Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in Daytona Beach, FL. The role requires leadership of front office and departments, driving guest satisfaction, and controlling costs through staffing, scheduling, and revenue management.

You will oversee audits, staff development, and performance coaching while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional hospitality across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years hotel management experience at Department Head or above.
• Full Service Hotel Experience required.
• Proven managerial skills with accountability and teamwork.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and coach associates to standards and DHM values.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure high service levels for guests.
• Assist GM with forecasts, reports, budgets, and cost control measures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and brand standards; drive improvements.
• Resolve guest issues and monitor operational performance and staff.
• Oversee internal audit standards and financial measurements.
• Collaborate with sales to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor front office systems for optimum performance.
