Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years hotel management experience at department head or above.
• Full service hotel experience.
• Proven ability to build cohesive teams and drive goals.
• Strong managerial and decision-making skills with budgeting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach associates per brand standards.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure service quality and hospitality.
• Assist GM with forecasts, reports, budget development and monitoring.
• Improve guest satisfaction scores and maintain standards.
• Resolve complaints and anticipate operational issues.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and staff development.
• Oversee service quality, efficiency, and financial metrics.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
