Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a seasoned hotel operations leader to assist in managing daily hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction across all outlets. In the absence of the General Manager, you will act as GM, driving service quality, financial performance, and staff development.

The role requires 4+ years of department-head level experience in full‑service hotels, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years hotel management experience at department head level.
• Full service hotel experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Financial management: understand P&L, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of hotel operations to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Oversee guest service standards and maintain brand standards.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets and revenue maximization.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate associates; coach and recognize performance.
• Oversee front office systems and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with sales to improve occupancy and revenue.
