Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises Employment Services seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee hotel operations, including front desk, rooms, and F&B. You’ll manage profitability, staff, and service standards to meet brand requirements.

The role requires overseeing staffing, training, and ensuring safety and compliance, with duties spanning schedule management and vendor relations. Local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree or equivalent; supervisory experience in a branded hotel preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel P&L management and operating metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP).
• Proficiency with hotel property management and reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall hotel operations and profitability; manage food & beverage, guest rooms, and facilities.
• Forecast financial activity and prepare budgets; analyze P&L vs. budget and forecast.
• Lead QA audits and implement corrective actions for deficiencies.
