The role involves managing staffing levels, coordinating daily room inspections, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety protocols. The successful candidate will forecast labor needs, schedule teams across guestrooms and public spaces, and resolve maintenance or supply issues promptly while upholding guest experience and operational

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Housekeeping management experience at branded hotels.
• Knowledge of brand standards and QA audits.
• Experience with property management systems and housekeeping/engineering work-order software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Staff staffing levels for service readiness.
• Daily inspections of guestrooms, corridors and public spaces per standards.
• Forecast and schedule housekeeping labor against occupancy.
• Address equipment, maintenance and facility issues promptly.
• Maintain OSHA safety programs in the department.
• Communicate schedules and track time per foundation standards.
