Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in food & beverage/culinary experience.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year in F&B or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in the ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Supports and supervises an effective monthly self-inspection program.
• Operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunctions.
• Supervises staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Communicates areas needing attention to staff and follows up.
• Coordinates cleaning program in all F&B areas and identifies trends for improvements.
• Stays available/approachable for all team members.
• Provides services above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention.
• Acts as a role model for appropriate behaviors.
• Manages day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Takes proactive steps when dealing with guest concerns.
• Stays available/approachable for guests.

Formação académica
