Job summary

Valor is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering. You will guide staff, uphold SOPs, and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing profitability.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can forecast operations needs and coach department heads. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, conducting regular meetings, and ensuring safety and quality standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - In Hospitality Mgt, Business Admin, Marketing, Economics preferred.
• A minimum of two-year experience in a hotel management or leadership position.
• Ability to perform critical analysis and manage wide-range of information.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills that properly reflect the Foundation Image.
• Listen effectively.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and organize complex projects and establishes priorities consistent with department/hotel objectives.
• Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
• Also, achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets.
• Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.
• Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
• Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
