Job summary

Oxford Collection of hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Pismo Beach, CA to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards. You will lead departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance while ensuring exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or four year college degree preferred.
• At least three progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Lead staff development and performance evaluations.
