KMG Hotels is seeking an Assistant General Manager to keep our property running smoothly, ensuring guest safety and comfort while maximizing financial returns. You’ll drive staff development, uphold brand standards, and foster a collaborative, guest-focused environment in the local market.

You may act as General Manager in their absence, coordinating across departments to deliver exceptional service and achieve operating targets. Prior hospitality supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred.
• Ability to train teams and develop performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities, plan and assign work to ensure proper staffing.
• Develop and coach your team, set goals, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Monitor financial and operational plans, manage labor costs and expenses.
• Promote a safe, compliant and sustainable hotel environment.
• Lead guest experience initiatives, respond to feedback and drive service recovery.
• Occasionally serve as manager on duty and maintain brand standards.
