HVMG is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, oversee daily staff operations, and contribute to budget management and guest satisfaction.

This role offers a clear path to future leadership positions, including General Manager and beyond. Candidates with hotel experience and a college degree or substantial hospitality background will be considered.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus and a college degree or at least 2 years of hotel experience are beneficial.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Be the vital support for our hotel's General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee various departments, assist with budget management, and resolve guest issues.
