Job summary

Valor Hospitality seeks an Operations Manager to lead hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest service while driving profitability. You will collaborate with department heads, plan daily operations, and supervise staffing, training, and compliance with SOPs to meet financial and service goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analysis, and the ability to forecast business weekly with the GM and Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Two years in a hotel management or leadership role.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each department delivers consistently high guest service and meets objectives.
• Plan and direct hotel main operations across departments including F&B, housekeeping, and engineering.
• Lead meetings with department heads to review performance and guest feedback.
• Maximize profit through SOPs, cost controls and up-selling opportunities.
• Monitor health & safety audits and drive a culture of excellence.
