Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with department leaders across front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services while fostering teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and support department managers and teams across operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive service-improvement initiatives.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, safety rules, and procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, development, and performance.
• Review reports, labor costs, revenues, and expenses to support goals.
• Coordinate with all departments for seamless service delivery.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cost-control efforts.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training; serve as MOD as scheduled.
