OTO Development is seeking an Operations Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and coach the team across departments. You will oversee service, housekeeping, and daily stand-ups while ensuring safety, franchise standards, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hotel management experience preferred.
• Experience with coaching, training and disciplining employees.
• Strong financial knowledge and business acumen.

Aufgaben

• Coach and support hotel team to manage wages and expenses while maintaining guest and team satisfaction.
• Manage costs (supplies, utilities, food & beverage, labor) within budget.
• Ensure training across the property for operations.
• Oversee housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of rooms and building.
• Review financial reports and improve performance versus budget.
• Foster open relationships with team and drive engagement.
• Hire and develop strong leaders to meet business needs.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence across interactions.
• Act as guest advocate and resolve issues to impact results.
• Be highly visible and collect feedback from guests/customers.
