Qualifications

• Prior managerial experience as Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar applications.
• Experience with brand PMS and POS systems.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff assignments.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing actions and alert GM to potential issues.
• Ensure staff training and use of tools/equipment.
• Supervise multiple departments as needed.
• Support front office operations and guest services.
• Oversee accounts receivable and weekly invoicing.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to guest inquiries and incidents.
• Maintain compliance with HR and labor regulations.
