Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field preferred.
• Prior Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with PMS and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff assignments.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend staffing actions and alert General Manager of issues.
• Ensure staff training and proper tools are provided.
• Supervise multiple departments as needed; hands-on front office support.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and credit control weekly.
• Ensure revenue, front office, and guest services meet goals.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Address guest inquiries and incidents with HR and other stakeholders.
• Maintain proactive HR functions and wage/benefit administration.
• Make recommendations for capital improvements and brand loyalty.
