Job summary

Raines Co. seeks an Assistant General Manager to help oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff. You will work with the General Manager to implement departmental strategies, ensure policy compliance, and maintain high guest service standards.

The role requires experience in hotel operations, proficiency with PMS and POS systems, and a strong background in team leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with a commitment to staff development and a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations and management.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related software.
• Experience with brand PMS and POS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Hotel & Restaurant Mgmt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff assignments.
• Communicate policies and ensure service standards across departments.
• Manage staffing actions in line with company policies and HR guidance.
• Ensure staff training and provide the tools needed to perform their roles.
• Supervise multiple departments and use company systems effectively.
• Support front office operations and ensure guest services meet quality standards.
