Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations and staff coordination. You will collaborate with the General Manager to implement departmental strategies and resolve issues while maintaining service excellence.

Key responsibilities include enforcing policies, managing staffing actions, training staff, and maintaining guest services and financial controls. This role emphasizes proactive leadership in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and staff assignments; assist General Manager.
• Enforce policies and procedures across departments.
• Recommend staffing actions per company rules and alert General Manager of issues.
• Ensure staff training and proper tools for their roles.
• Supervise multiple departments and use company systems.
• Support front office operations and guest services ensuring quality.
