Raines Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running daily hotel operations and delivering superior guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Operations Manager experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Experience with brand's PMS and Point of Sales systems.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff assignments; assist General Manager with departmental strategies and goals.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Recommend and/or initiate staffing actions; alert GM of potential issues.
• Ensure staff are trained and have necessary tools.
• Supervise staff across departments as needed.
• Use company-wide tools, systems, and applications.
• Provide hands-on support for front office operations.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and timely follow-up on payments.
• Ensure guest services, security of monies, and accurate guest information.
